Tickets, fees, and results
A Polyflight ticket commits Credits to one four-digit prediction in one active flight.
Before buying
Check all of these:
- Flight status is In Flight.
- Live board connection is current.
- Flight code is correct.
- Your four-digit choice is correct.
- Purchase amount and available balance are correct.
- Included fee, amount in play, potential payout, and the flight's published chance are acceptable.
Tickets lock after purchase. Review before sliding.
Choose a prediction
Board Picks
Select one of seven offered four-digit sequences.
Pick a Number
Select a final digit from 0 to 9. The app combines it with the displayed three-digit prefix.
Heat beside each choice shows relative ticket activity only. Do not treat heat as odds or a recommendation.
Purchase amount
- Minimum: 1,000 Credits.
- Step: 1,000 Credits.
- Maximum shown by the form depends on your available balance and account safety limits.
Quick buttons add 1K, 5K, or 10K Credits, or select MAX.
Fee breakdown
The displayed purchase amount already includes the Polyflight fee.
fee = 0.05S
inPlay = 0.95S
The fee is included inside the purchase amount. It is not added on top.
Payout
The app always shows the payout for the exact flight you are buying before you submit. Current flights pay:
potentialPayout = 4 × inPlay = 3.8S
netIfWon = 3.8S - S = 2.8S
netIfLost = -S
Example: 10,000 Credits
| Item | Credits |
|---|---|
| Purchase amount | 10,000 |
| Included fee | 500 |
| In play | 9,500 |
| Potential payout | 38,000 |
| Net result if won | +28,000 |
| Net result if lost | -10,000 |
| Refund if flight is cancelled | 10,000 |
Potential payout is the total amount credited for a winning ticket. It is not profit on top of a returned purchase amount.
What you see before you buy
Every flight shows, up front:
- the published chance for the counting strategy
- the freeze time (when the official board snapshot is taken)
- the fee
- the payout multiplier
Older flights in your history keep the payout they were bought with. The ticket screen is always the source of truth for the flight in front of you.
Slide to Buy
- Review flight and choice.
- Review purchase amount and calculation details.
- Review the fee, payout, and published chance.
- Slide fully to submit.
- Wait for confirmation.
The ticket may first appear as Pending. This means the request was submitted but final ticket processing is not yet confirmed.
Do not submit another ticket only because confirmation takes a few seconds. Check pending indicator and Your TOTO Prediction dashboard.
Why a purchase can fail
A purchase may not complete when:
- Flight stopped accepting tickets.
- Live connection became stale.
- Available Credits are insufficient.
- Purchase amount is not a valid 1,000-Credit step.
- Account is inactive.
- Flight was cancelled.
- A safety limit would be exceeded.
A failed purchase should not create a purchased ticket. Check dashboard and balance before trying again.
How winners are chosen
After landing, the app publishes one eight-digit result made from:
- winning Board Pick sequence
- winning Pick a Number sequence
The result is built from the frozen board snapshot taken before landing — see the in-app Strategy calculator and Polyflight overview and terms.
Your ticket wins if its selected four-digit prediction matches the winning sequence for the choice type you bought.
Each ticket settles separately. Buying several tickets does not combine them into one result.
When a ticket loses
A ticket loses when its selected prediction does not match the winning sequence for its choice type.
A losing ticket receives no payout. Net result is negative full purchase amount because Credits were deducted when ticket was purchased.
Cancelled flight and refunds
If a flight is Cancelled, purchased tickets enter refund processing. Refund returns the full purchase amount, including the amount that had been shown as fee.
During processing, a ticket may show Refunding. When complete, it shows Refunded and net result is zero.
Settlement status
After a flight lands, a ticket may briefly show Settling while outcomes and Credits are applied.
Recent Results shows:
- Flight code.
- Your pick.
- Published eight-digit result.
- Won, Lost, or Refunded outcome.
- Net Credits.
Open the flight code to view public Black Box.
What Black Box proves after landing
After landing, the public record shows:
- the final eight-digit result
- the frozen board it was built from
- the counted favorite
- anonymous ticket counts per choice
- commitment identifiers linking the result to data committed before landing
That helps you verify what happened after the flight ends. It does not mean the app promised the counted favorite would win before lock.
