Account verification

Some Polynion actions require an active account.

Why status matters

Purchasing Credits, trading, redeeming, and spending Credits are financial actions. If an account is inactive or suspended, those actions can be blocked.

Sign-in and email verification

You can sign in with email and password, Google, or a passkey already registered to the account. New email-and-password accounts verify ownership with the 6-character code sent to their email; the verification page can resend a code when its cooldown ends.

Forgotten password

Use Forgot Password from sign-in and enter the account email. If the address is registered, Polynion sends a time-limited reset link. Request a new link if it is invalid or expired. Support will never ask for your password, verification code, reset link, or passkey approval.
