Purchasing Credits

Go to Credits → Purchase Credits to add Credits.

Amount rules

Purchase amounts use 1,000 Credit steps. Crypto Kiosk starts at 50,000 Credits. PolyPay starts at 10,000 Credits and supports up to 2,000,000 Credits per coupon. The purchase screen is the source of truth for the minimum and maximum shown for your selected method.

Payment methods

Available methods depend on your account and country:

• Crypto Kiosk: pay with a supported token on BNB Chain, Ethereum, or Base. The checkout shows the currently enabled token choices.
• PolyPay: QRIS or supported Indonesian virtual accounts for eligible Indonesia users. Virtual accounts may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
• TarsPay Brazil: PIX flow for eligible Brazil users when enabled.

Crypto Kiosk checkout

Select the network and token before creating the payment address. Send the exact token amount to the generated address on the selected network only. The QR code contains the deposit address, not the amount or token. After sending, wait until Confirm Transfer becomes available. Near expiry, the checkout may offer one 30-minute extension; cancelling stops that coupon flow.

PolyPay checkout

PolyPay accepts QRIS and, when enabled, virtual accounts from the banks shown on its payment screen. Confirm the method carefully: it cannot be changed after the provider transaction is created. Complete payment before expiry. PolyPay refreshes status automatically; a paid status means the payment was confirmed and Credits were added.

Pending coupon

A purchase creates a payment handoff. If you already have a pending coupon, the app sends you to purchase history instead of creating another one.
