Purchasing Credits

Go to Credits → Purchase Credits to add Credits.

Amount rules

Purchase amounts use 1,000 Credit steps. Crypto Kiosk starts at 50,000 Credits. The purchase screen shows the current amount limits.

Payment methods

For new Credits purchases, Crypto Kiosk is currently the available method. Pay with a supported token on BNB Chain, Ethereum, or Base; the checkout shows the enabled token choices. PolyPay (QRIS and virtual accounts) and TarsPay (PIX) are paused for new purchases, even if your country would otherwise be eligible. Check the purchase screen for current availability.

Crypto Kiosk checkout

Select the network and token before creating the payment address. Send the exact token amount to the generated address on the selected network only. The QR code contains the deposit address, not the amount or token. After sending, wait until Confirm Transfer becomes available. Near expiry, the checkout may offer one 30-minute extension; cancelling stops that coupon flow.

Existing fiat coupons

Older PolyPay or TarsPay coupons may still appear in Purchase History. Check their recorded status there or contact support about a past payment; do not start a new fiat purchase from an old coupon.

Pending coupon

A purchase creates a payment handoff. If you already have a pending coupon, the app sends you to purchase history instead of creating another one.
