Resolution Rules:
YES — If USDT’s market cap reaches or exceeds $230,000,000,000 USD at any time before September 30, 2026 (UTC)
NO — If it does not reach the threshold before the deadline

How it is determined:
The highest recorded market capitalization (intraday) as shown on CoinGecko will be used
Market capitalization is calculated as price × circulating supply

Examples:
USDT market cap reaches $235B → YES
USDT market cap reaches exactly $230B → YES
USDT peaks at $229B → NO
