Resolution Rules
The official closing value of the VIX on July 31, 2026 will be used for settlement.
The market resolves YES only if the closing value is strictly greater than 20.00.
If the official closing value is 20.00 or below, the market resolves NO.
Opening price, intraday high, intraday low, last traded price before market close, futures prices, and after-hours data are not considered.
If the market is officially closed or no official closing value is published on July 31, 2026, the market will resolve using the next available official trading day's closing value, unless otherwise specified by the exchange or official data provider.
How it is determined

The market outcome will be determined using the official historical closing value of the CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) published by Investing.com.
