This market resolves YES if NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) records an official daily closing price above US$220.00 on any regular trading day before July 31, 2026 (inclusive), otherwise it resolves NO.

Resolution Basis

The official daily closing prices for NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) published by Investing.com.

Resolution Rules
This market applies only to NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA).
The market resolves YES if NVDA officially closes above US$220.00 on any regular U.S. trading session up to and including July 31, 2026.
The market resolves NO if NVDA does not record any official closing price above US$220.00 during the specified period.
Only the official regular-session closing price is considered.
Intraday, pre-market, and after-hours prices are not considered.
If July 31, 2026 is not a trading day, the last regular trading session before July 31, 2026 will be used.
Any official correction to the historical closing price will be considered final.
How it is determined

The official historical daily closing prices published by Investing.com will be reviewed. If any official closing price exceeds US$220.00 on or before July 31, 2026, the market resolves YES; otherwise it resolves NO.

July 16 closing price: US$221.48 → YES
July 31 closing price: US$220.35 → YES
Highest closing price before July 31: US$220.00 → NO
Highest closing price before July 31: US$218.76 → NO
Important Notes
Only official regular-session closing prices are used.
Intraday highs above US$220.00 do not count unless the official closing price is above US$220.00.
Any official revision to the historical closing prices will be considered final.
