This market resolves YES if Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) records an official daily closing price above US$395.00 on any regular trading day before July 31, 2026 (inclusive), otherwise it resolves NO.

Resolution Basis

The official daily closing prices for Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) published by Investing.com.

Resolution Rules
This market applies only to Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT).
The market resolves YES if MSFT officially closes above US$395.00 on any regular U.S. trading session from market open until July 31, 2026 (inclusive).
The market resolves NO if MSFT does not record any official closing price above US$395.00 during the specified period.
Only the official regular-session closing price is considered.
Intraday prices, pre-market prices, and after-hours prices are not considered.
If July 31, 2026 is not a trading day, the market will use the last regular trading session before July 31, 2026.
Any official correction to the closing price will be considered final.
How it is determined

The official historical daily closing prices published by Investing.com will be reviewed. If any official closing price exceeds US$395.00 before or on July 31, 2026, the market resolves YES.

Examples
July 18 close: US$396.21 → YES
July 30 close: US$395.05 → YES
Highest closing price before July 31: US$395.00 → NO
Highest closing price before July 31: US$392.88 → NO
Important Notes
Only official daily closing prices are considered.
Intraday highs above US$395.00 do not count unless the official closing price is above US$395.00.
Any official revision to historical closing prices will be used for settlement.
