The market resolves NO if the match ends in a draw.

Extra time, penalty shootouts, or replay matches are not considered.
If the match is postponed, resolution will occur after the match is officially completed.
If the match is canceled and not replayed within 48 hours of the scheduled kickoff, the market resolves NO.
