Resolution Rules
The official closing price of GOOGL on July 31, 2026 will be used for settlement.
The market resolves YES only if the closing price is strictly greater than 395.92.
If the official closing price is 395.92 or below, the market resolves NO.
Opening price, intraday high, intraday low, after-hours trading, pre-market trading, and last traded price before market close are not considered.
If NASDAQ is officially closed or no official closing price is published on July 31, 2026, the market will resolve using the next available official trading day's closing price, unless otherwise specified by the exchange or official data provider.
Any official stock split, ticker adjustment, or corporate action reflected in the official historical closing data will be recognized.
